I’d love to tell you a little about me. I started my Doula journey in Boulder, Colorado! I had been working in family systems for the past decade and was turned on to doula work by the Midwife I was nannying for. Since receiving my DONA certification in 2023, my partner and I moved to Western Carolina, settling down in Burnsville on a little plot with our cat Okra! Alongside my work in family systems, I have been an organic farmer for the past 8 years. Farming and birth work beautifully intertwine with each other. The natural rhythms of farming mirror birth work and show us a reflection of the unpredictability of the seasons and how trusting the process can guide us through change.

When I’m not in the garden, or working in the birth realm, I am usually walking, hiking, cooking, eating something yummy, snuggling my cat, or dreaming up land-dreams with my boo:)
